Do you provide payment plans?
Will you maintain my website after it launches?
Can we update your site? Absolutely. After your site goes live, we’re available to provide design, development, and content updates whenever you need them.
Do we handle the technical maintenance of your site? Not directly, but we collaborate with a highly skilled third-party team who specializes in this area.
In today’s digital age, regular updates are crucial to ensure the functionality and security of your website. With the internet now a central hub for business, maintaining your site has never been more essential.
We offer tailored recommendations to safeguard and maintain your site post-launch. We’ve got you covered, from setting up hosting to implementing a security and maintenance plan that suits your needs. We oversee all technical details of your website’s transfer (if applicable) and launch.
What if I need ongoing support?
We always want to help you move forward! We offer two ways to continue working with us.
- A la Carte solutions: A la carte solutions are options that you can add to your site for a set fee. These may include additional pages, filters, or functions that are regularly requested from our clients. Note: A la carte options can only be added if you are a current or past MYM client.
- 4-hour retainer: For updates, changes, or adjustments that don’t fit into an a la carte solution, we offer a 4-hour block of time that you can use for various website updates. This way you don’t have to sweat every time you want to make a change! Note: Retainers are only available to current or past MYM clients.
How do I know if this is right for me?
One thing we promise is that if we don’t think we can help you, we won’t take your business. There are many times when a website change is not the answer. We use the discovery call to clarify where you are now, what’s getting in your way and if we can help you get better results!
Who owns my website and can I make changes myself?
You 100% own your website! Once your website is launched, you will have full access and you can have anyone you choose work on your site. We are also here to support adjustments and changes going forward if you’d prefer for this to be taken care of by the pros.
